as many of you susbscribers know, ELDER HOSTILE started to migrate our fleet of cars and trucks to fully electric service. purchase #1 is one year old this month; it has 48% of US/Canadian parts, with 20% parts from Mexico. Our EV has an engine (motor) made in South Korea, transmission (electric drive unit) from China and final assembly point in Ramos Arizpe CZ Mexico. it's an ALL AMERICAN Chevrolet, tho' the debate is still out about whether it is MAGA-certified. competition! that was the word of the era when we were little lads. we were instructed that america was made & thrived on it; it was in our DNA; it was the solution to waste, lethargy, and, meant fast & vast improvements in science, innovation and most importantly, products. it made us great and unique in the world.
