as many of our acolytes know, our new found crypto riches & prescient Palentir stock purchases permit us to replace our fleet here at ELDER HOSTILE and thus we say goodbye to our very old vehicles....one a 2004 with 193k miles and one a 2012 with 112k on the odo.

To 50% of our management team here, walking into a car dealership is like having two root canals performed on you simultaneously.  in truth, there can be no arguing with that, indeed.  ---next to a death in the family, a bitter divorce,  moving a family of 5 across country, an obnoxious over the top Bar Mitzvah reception, this ranks just below at #5.
  
because we tend to lean left, each fleet manager made their own decisions on replacements.  we are happy to say we made excellent choices of models and financial deals.  
in the spirit of "i wish i knew that beforehand" ...we recommend you consult this article from Car and Driver magazine before ever stepping into a car dealership.  It's good to know what you're up against.
